Refund Policy

Refund will be given as: MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!!
Item must be returned within: 3 BUSINESS DAYS (UNDAMAGED)

Products Must be Returned to Seller Within Three (3) Business Days from Date Buyer Received; “UNDAMAGED”.  Buyer is Responsible for all Shipping Fees Associated with the Un-Damaged Product Return. Upon Return Receipt & Seller Product Inspection Approval, a Full Refund for the Original Cost of the Product will be Transfered to your PayPal Account. All Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.

Lost And Damaged Policy

If your Package is Overdue, or Arrived Damaged; DO NOT RETURN TO SELLER.  Please use the "CONTACT US" page to email the Seller Immediately with a Detailled Problem Description.  Seller will Respond with Further Instructions.  Please Save the Box, all Packing Materials, Supports, Damaged Product, etc.. Basically, Save Everything that Arrived.

The Silk Flower Center uses PayPal to Complete all Payment Transactions.  Anyone can use PayPal services, with or without a PayPal account.  PayPal Provides a Safe & Secure Money Transaction Environment that Protects both the Buyer & Seller.  Arizona Residents will Automatically be Charged Sales Tax at Checkout.

SHIPPING:

FREE - Insurance & Handling.  Seller Provides  In the Un-Likely Event Your Package is Lost or the Contents Damaged during Transit...You're Covered! 

We ship Demestic UPS Ground.  For other shipping methods or International Delivery Inquiries, Please submit an email via our Contact Us page (include your item of interest).

We Ship within 48 Hours of PayPal Payment Notification.
